About Dan Alltounian

Daniel's approach to real estate brings integrity, trustworthiness, due diligence as well as a hands on approach of transactions from beginning to end. Born and raised in Santa Monica, he attended public schools, Roosevelt, Lincoln Middle and Santa Monica High. While Santa Monica is home, the Pacific Palisades has been a shared location from childhood to present. Dan received his BA degree in Biology with a minor in Business from Sonoma State in Northern California. Living in Northern California presented opportunities in environmental studies with a focus in soil and water.

Dan serves a diverse clientele, including UC professors, business owners, artists, and luxury property seekers, across areas like Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Brentwood. Known for his expertise in trust sales, first-time homebuyers, and probate properties, he also provides Broker Price Opinions for banks. Dan's hands-on knowledge of home systems and carpentry has earned him the nickname "The Fix-It Man" for his reliable troubleshooting skills.

The Presidential Award for top producers and the Honor Society Award are a few of the accolades in Dan's resume.

Dan's designation as a SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist allows him to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, or leasing residential or investment properties.

Dan's outside interests include riding and restoring antique motor bikes, gardening, beach volleyball and contributing time to charitable organizations.
