About Rosa Pena

I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2022, but my journey in the industry began in 2015. Over the years, I’ve worked in various roles, from Broker Assistant to Operations Manager, and as a loan document signing agent, buyer’s agent, and loan processor. I also have a background in transaction coordination and briefly worked in corporate portfolio management before realizing my true passion lies in helping agents succeed and focusing on the operations side of real estate. I love systems and streamlining processes to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I’m passionate about fostering a positive and supportive culture in a real estate office, where agents feel empowered to thrive.

I’m excited to now serve as the Office Coordinator for the Claremont office, where I can continue supporting agents and helping things run seamlessly. I joined the Human Element Team because of its strong culture and emphasis on meaningful human connection in an increasingly tech-driven world. I hold a degree in Business Management from Cal State Los Angeles, which complements my diverse real estate experience. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a 15-year-old son who plays football and runs track, and an 8-year-old daughter who cheers and plays soccer. I love staying active through weightlifting, biking, yoga, and spending quality time with my kids, whether we’re hiking or relaxing at the beach.
